About Me

LPC, LAC
I’m a Denver-based therapist specializing in individual trauma work for people who want to feel more confident, grounded, and connected in their relationships—with others and with themselves. I’m terrible at keeping up with pop culture, and I love a good pun.
Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, capable people who have spent years adapting to difficult environments. They may appear high-functioning on the outside while struggling internally with self-doubt, people-pleasing, imposter syndrome, or a sense of disconnection. Often, they understand what they’re struggling with, but feel stuck when it comes to creating lasting change.
My work focuses on helping clients understand and heal the underlying experiences that shape these patterns, rather than simply managing symptoms.
I use EMDR and IFS-informed therapy to support deep, sustainable change. These experiential approaches allow us to work with trauma, attachment wounds, and nervous system responses in a way that is respectful, collaborative, and thoughtfully paced.
I believe many coping strategies make sense in the context in which they developed. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—when healing happens at the root, you gain more choice in how you respond, relate, and build a sustainable life in the present.
I specialize in working with individuals who want to:
Heal from trauma and shift deeply held negative beliefs about themselves
Improve relationship patterns (romantic, family, or work-related)
Build confidence, self-trust, and internal stability
Navigate people-pleasing, perfectionism, and fear of conflict
Explore substance use with curiosity rather than shame, including harm-reduction and recovery-oriented goals
Receive affirming, trauma-informed care as part of the LGBTQ+ community
I value curiosity over judgment, nuance over black-and-white answers, and openness to building a life that actually works for you.
Outside of work, I’m often chasing my small children with my partner, scrambling to finish the latest book for my murder mystery book club, curating monthly playlists, or getting together with friends.
