LPC

Hi, I’m Lily! I’m a queer therapist in Denver, originally from Houston, Texas. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver and went on to support adolescents and young adults in community mental mental health before entering private practice. I prioritize showing up as my authentic self in the therapy space, using humor when needed, and creating a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation to our work together.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can explore your story, heal from what’s been holding you back, and reconnect with your values and sense of self.

I use evidence-based therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help your brain and body heal from trauma, Mindfulness to build awareness and self-acceptance, Self-Compassion practices to quiet the inner critic and foster kindness toward all parts of yourself, and Cognitive Based therapies to give you tools for self-regulation and challenging negative self-talk.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy playing instruments, singing and creating music, hiking, crocheting, and fostering cats!

I know finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. My priority is that you feel safe, respected, and in control throughout our work together. If you’re ready to start your healing journey, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so you can see if we’re a good fit. Reach out today to schedule your free consultation and take the first step toward healing and self-acceptance.
